Quick answer: On a leader swap, retarget the camera (and input control) to the new leader node, and have followers fall in behind the new lead.
Pressing the swap-leader button should hand both control and the camera to the new character. If the camera stays put, it is bound to the old node. Here is the fix.
How to fix it
1. Retarget the camera
Keep a reference to the active leader and, on swap, point the camera's follow target (or reparent the camera) at the new leader.
2. Move control with it
Transfer player input to the new leader and switch the old leader into a follower so only one character is driven at a time.
3. Reorder the follow chain
Rebuild the follower conga order so the remaining members trail the new leader rather than the old one.
Catching the ones you can't reproduce
