Sign out and back in via Unity Hub, or delete the stale license file (Unity_lic.ulf) and re-activate — hardware changes and OS reinstalls invalidate the old one.

Use -batchmode -createManualActivationFile / -manualLicenseFile on the agent, or a floating license server for fleets; interactive Hub activation does not exist headlessly.
3. Keep secrets out of the repo
Store the serial or license file in your CI secret store, injected at build time — license files in git leak and go stale.
4. Monitor expiry before it fires
Pro/Enterprise seats and floating leases expire on a date; alarm a week early so renewal happens before the pipeline stops.
