Input pose flow keeps consistency. Use Animation Pose flag tells the rig to operate on the upstream pose; without it, rig starts from bind pose every other frame.
Verifying
Foot IK adjusts cleanly per frame. No flicker. Disable Use Animation Pose: flicker returns.
