Quick answer: Camera3D in Orthogonal mode: Near = -100, Far = 100 (or your scene depth). Size = view width.
Iso camera. Tile next to camera disappears. Default Near 0.05 is too tight for orthogonal projection that views from a fixed position.
The Fix
Camera3D inspector:
Projection: Orthogonal
Size: 10 # width of view in world units
Near: -100 # or 0.1 with Far at 1000
Far: 100
Negative Near is legal for ortho cameras and effectively places the near plane behind the camera origin, allowing geometry around the camera to render.
Verifying
Move geometry around the camera position. Nothing clips out of view due to depth. Far values clip beyond the back plane.
“Generous Near/Far. Ortho doesn’t care about distance.”

Wide depth range. Ortho clips no more.
